- Boconó
- The city of Boconó, is a village located southeast of Trujillo state in Venezuela. This city is the capital of the homonymous municipality, located in the already appointed Venezuelan state. The accent was mayor in this city. It currently has an estimated population of 70,000 habitants. Its average temperature is 21 º C. and the altitude is 1225 meters over sea level. The rainy season is April to August. It is located withdrawn from Caracas to 635 km. and 70km to the capital city of Trujillo. Boconó can be accessed through the National road from Guanare CL1 through Biscucuy CT7-Campo Elias Batatal-Mosquey-the-Boconó. It can also be accessed from Barquisimeto, Maracaibo and Merida, entering by monaya-Flor de Patria passing through Santa Ana, tree Redondo, Burbusay, San Miguel and on one side of San Rafael. And coming from Merida, with a country road, you can also get there by Jajó, Tuñame, Las Mesitas, Niquitao, and enjoy the best Andean landscapes. The major fairs and festivals that are celebrated in Boconó are: The Feast of San Alejo, Carnival Tourism, Fair Coffee Paradura of the Child Jesus, Way of the Cross at Easter.
